My name is Dr. Adrian Lord, I am a Consultant in general adult psychiatry and forensic psychiatry, and also sub-specialising in addictions. With wide experience of assessing and treating people in all walks of life using the most appropriate evidence-based therapies and treatments, confidentialty, privacy and discretion is assured for all patients, including high-profile persons. Profile:
Adrian qualified in medicine from Guy's Medical School in London, and went on to train further in general adult psychiatry and addictions, before moving to the Maudsley Hospital and Institute of Psychiatry to train in forensic psychiatry. He has published on Risk Assessment and other topics, and also widely in the international news media.
He has been a Consultant since 2002, and is presently Medical Director of both Cygnet Hospital Harrow, and Cygnet Hospital Stevenage. Adrian also has an outpatient clinic in Harley Street.
Outside of psychiatry his interests are photography, astronomy, art, running, motor racing, clay-shooting, and, most lamentably, Southampton Football Club.
